Temperature controlled warehouse - feasibility study


Campus Park has been instructed to design the internal and external alterations to a 195,000 sq.ft single-temperature warehouse for use by a specialised multi-temperature third party logistics contractor.

The building has to be adapted to incorporate multi-temperature chambers in four phases whilst keeping the facility operational during the alteration and construction works.

This included a 30,000 sq.ft 'pack house' for fresh fruit and vegetables.

A further option in the feasibility study included a 25,000 sq.ft extension and new HGV parking layout.

Campus Park's plans will form the basis of negotiations between its clients and their customer within their commercial contract.
